FORCES ONLINE CIO (Reg. No. 1188955) - The Fund can now take donations

The Tom Howat Memorial Hardship Fund is now supported by a Charity Number and can now start taking donations into it.  The fund itself will be a restricted fund which means that 100% of income (Minus Bank and financial charges) will be used for veteran's who are suffering from extreme hardship, and in cases where the fund is unable to help then help will be available in other forms of support.  We are now putting together the details of how the fund will be administrated, and should have the first draft and support package in place within the next three months.
